Why we built CLOSR.
Dubai has no shortage of buyers. What it loses is the follow-up.
One listing can pull enquiries from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, WhatsApp and the phone in the same hour, many of them from buyers abroad, in another time zone. The brokerage that answers first and keeps following up wins the deal. Most teams still run that race on spreadsheets, group chats and CRMs built for other markets.
We built CLOSR to close that gap. Every lead lands in one place, gets an agent, and is followed up before it goes cold. And the people who run the brokerage can see it happening, every morning.

What we set out to fix
- 01Leads arrive from everywhere.Portal, WhatsApp and call leads land in one pipeline, each with an agent assigned.
- 02Speed decides the deal.Every new lead runs on a 24-hour clock. The agent is warned at 18 and 23 hours, then the lead moves on.
- 03Owners can't see the floor.Lead Health shows which leads are at risk and which agents are behind.
- 04Agents move. Leads shouldn't.When an agent leaves, their leads stay with the brokerage and pass to another agent in one step.
